Where Do the Days Go?

What happened to the beginning of September? It's practically winter!

The little guy woke me up at four-something this morning. I gave up on sleep, and made coffee around five. Is anything better at five AM, than the sound of rain accompanied by coffee and blogging? It seemed like a divine way to start the day (this week has been insane).
Yea...No way no how did the internet have any intention of working. So I ended up doing yoga instead. I must admit to feeling slightly let down lol.

I have really been struggling lately. My desire to please is being heavily weighed down by my lack of desire for...Well, damn near everything. It's kind of a manic feeling sometimes.

I miss my daily blogging.
I have sat down and stared at the blank page nearly every day since my last post. Nothin. Nada. Zip.

For once, there's just too much, or really not enough...

  1. It's the season. I get this way during the winter too. lucky, it's fall like here, so keeping me happy. The days are getting shorter so I'm starting to feel that blahness slowly creep over me.

I hope things start looking up. ((hugs))

  2. So sorry. I used to get this way at the end of summer too. Now that I live in "endless summer" it's not so bad. Now I am bitchy more often. lol

  3. Yep, it certainly sounds like the change in seasons is getting you.

This too shall pass, just give it some time and maybe get a babystitter and go out.....or stay in! Yes, easier said than done but its a nice thought.

  5. Wouldn't it be nice if life came with a pause button? I know I could really use one. When times get stressful and life is flying by so fast, I could just hit the pause button and have some nice relaxing playtime to rejuvenate me, then unpause and good to go again.

  6. I think it's quite normal for things to ebb and flow. Don't be to hard on yourself.

  8. My life is constantly going and then not going...some days I'm really productive and then I might go a week with just getting what HAS to be done done. It think you should congratulate yourself for just getting yoga done after having to wake up that early!!! It's been raining here too... like for days and days and flooding - kind of zaps my energy too.

  14. My computer is running frustratingly slow, so you lovely ladies all get one reply. Sorry.

The change of seasons might be a contributing factor, but its unfortunately, not the root of my issues.

I soo wish there was a pause button.

While I thought that I would NEVER say this in my whole entire life, I wish it would quit raining.

It really is somewhat insane to do yoga at that hour, but I wish I had the fortitude to do it every day that early.

I hope that the change of season is good to all of you ladies. Thank you for the sweet comments!
