Oops...

I didn't mean to break the damn cup, really! It was just right there where it shouldn't have been, and took a flying leap all on its own. I'm not exactly sure how it happened!
I'm going to have a conniption if it's replaced by a smaller model...

  1. oh NO! Are you in big trouble?!

I'm forever breaking things, my depth perception is rubbish and there's a point in my cycle where I can't parallel park well, can't pirouette without falling over and am extra clumsy! Thankfully Husband knows me well and excepts that my accidents truly are accidental...

It used to be that I could also be careless, which he felt very differently about, but that's a whole other story!

not in big trouble--he knows that breakable objects are often out to get me. Solid history of breaking things accidentally here....Though, what it will be replaced with...

  2. I get the impression the replacement model isn't your choice.
I have such a terrible grip on things, I have to refrain from charity bag packing at supermarkets on the grounds I would destroy other people's shopping.

    1. DelFonte,
Well, I suggested that it be the end of the cup era...He countered with a suggestion like this:

Words failed me...Though, for once, being broke is a major plus....

    3. Lol, mc kitten. He wasn't too particular, though I think that he may have slightly favored pink, knowing how much the thought horrified me...

    5. DelFonte,
I hate to admit it, but I may kinda want one. You have to admit, it outclasses the jar by a mile. Plus there's that whole ease of use thing...

The terrible thing is, I didn't even touch it! Though, things often do run right through my fingers too....

I wasn't really sorry about it...Until I realized that it's replacement was probably going to be smaller.

  5. Oh no Lil, sorry and crossing fingers the replacement model isn't smaller. I too can relate to things flying out of my hands. LOL at the quote!

    1. Roz,
Sigh* it will probably be smaller. Here I am paying for the universe's whims of cup breaking. As usual...

I love that funny, I would totally put it on my car if it came in a bumper sticker.
